Dim Sum cooking classes in London at Chino Latino
Learn how to make Dim Sum with our Head Chef
Join us every Saturday from 3 – 5pm, for a unique and immersive culinary experience at Chino Latino overlooking the stunning River Thames for our two hour Dim Sum masterclasses offer an opportunity to learn the art of making classic dim sum and create your own delicious creations.
Our Head Chef Ederson will guide you through the process of making two different types of dim sum – Har Gau and Siu Mai both using freshly prepared pastry.
Under the watchful eye of Ederson, you will begin the class by rolling out your pastry and learn the traditional shapes for each type of dim sum. Then, you’ll put your skills to the test by making the dumplings yourself.

You’ll be provided with an array of unique ingredients such as prawns, chicken, chilli, ginger, spring onion, and garlic to craft your own dim sum filling and shape.
